Wearing of masks by all staff
Widespread provision and availability of hand sanitiser, masks and disinfectant wipes
Strict protocol of disinfecting living spaces and increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all public spaces using certified products and equipment
Significant reduction of physical contact points by the introduction of digital alternatives
Personalisation of procedures, adaptable to individual requirements
On request, availability of pre-arrival check-in as well as check-out in one’s room the night before departure to reduce the check-in interactions.
It goes without saying that our teams remain entirely open to any specific needs of our guests, adapting accordingly within the limits of safety measures.
Kindly note that the Scottish government requires the use of mask in all public areas, both in and outdoors, with the exception of restaurants, once seated.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with any applicable regulations at the time of travel. Should your country of return or airline require a negative PCR test, you may get tested within our premises and obtain your results within 48 hours from a local laboratory. The Flodigarry will assist with coordinating your testing needs but takes no responsibility with regards to the laboratory’s commitment to provide results within 48 hours.
